I have several Mnet accounts.
I pay yearly which is due in February.
I call and sometimes after at least 30 minutes get a response. I explain and they turn my decoders on.
A few weeks go by and the problem starts again.
I am astounded that a company like yours cannot sort out your accounting system to be able to handle this simple operation.
If I go back in my records I have spent over R2000.00 on my cell phone account, and hours of frustration trying to sort the problem out.
Even speaking to your so called managers.
