I bought the balloon ride for 6 people at Monte casino or Sandton. The plan was to go to Monte casino as this would be a family outing so that 3year old twins could also visit the bird gardens. As it was holiday and exams, we decided to go on the 19th September. As we are all working in this family, the outing is limited to weekends. I phoned a few times over the weekends to go to Monte Casino. Every time I phoned Monte casino aerial display, the balloon is not operating due to winds. I spoke to Maxine and she told me that I was only trying on weekends, which is therefor my own fault that I don't have enough time to use the voucher. I then decided that I am now going to phone every day (even weekdays). Today (Monday) I phoned once again to attend Monte casino, but once again it is TOO windy!!! I don't want to attend the aerial displays in Sandton because I don't even know the area. So according to me and all my enquiries about Monte Casino, it is clear that there is a big problem at this site. They advertised 2 venues, but one is permanently windy and clearly not in use. This special brought people under the wrong impression as only the site at Sandton is operating.
