SERVICE SHOWING BLOCKED AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS

For the past 2 weeks I have been having the problem regarding service is blocked. I have called over 4 times now. Service resumes and after a day or so the same message comes up. I'm actually considering getting rid of top tv. Fed up of calling and been asked the same questions all the time yet there's no solution to my problem. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
