I did a ownership transfer on 02/01/2014, from 06/01/14 to 07/01/14 no channels are available - error code 4 channel blocked. After several calls channels were restored after 16:00 on the 07/01/14. Now again, on 09/01/14 channels are blocked, after contacting the Call Centre and been on 2 phones for approximately 21 minutes, still no channels.
HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO PENETRATE THE MARKET WITH SERVICE LIKE THIS, THE INBOUND CALL CENTRE CANNOT PROVIDE ASSISTANCE YOU REQUIRE, TRANSFER OF CALLS TO THE SUPERVISOR IS A LIFETIME AND THEN YOU ARE DISCONNECTED.
