I always pay my billing on the 1st of the month, latest by the 04th, I paid my billing on the 1st now my service is blocked, I am unable to get through anyone in the CALL CENTRE, have tried more than 5 times and held on for more than 10min at a time. This is seriously not ON, am disappointed at the poor service that TOPTV offers.
