At just before 5pm today, I experienced that I was unable to make calls and a message popped up that my outgoing calls is blocked. I called at 5:39pm today at got through to Eliza Walljee. As usual they ask 20 million security questions. I inquired as to why my line was blocked and after she checked she advised that payment was returned unpaid due to some error which meant that the branch code could have been incorrect. I checked my statement and saw that my account is at Vangate and she claimed that according to their records it was at Kromboom. After telling her a dozen times that it was impossible that they didn't get any payment, she told me that she was going to put the debit through again to which i told her she must not as it is not the first time that this has happened. I told her that I wanted the matter sorted out by 6:30pm tonight, otherwise there will be a posting on this website. It is now 8:05pm and I haven't received any calls. CellC is responsible for paying the account for this month.
