I am still waiting for a call from lee who promised to call me back on the 11/10/2013. She is just as pathetic as the manager and tellers at the theme park. After the disgusting service received no one bothered to contact me to resolve my complaint. I will def be taking this further and to the media. Your staff are incompetent.
The service is shocking, after going on hello peter still no response for 2 months.
