Bad Service

I went to multichoice at Mabaleng to have my PVR replace as it was faulty only to be very disappointed when i was told that they do not have any PVR' s available and that it could take a few days to get them. I ask myself what kind of service is this it is as if they have a i don't care attitude. I noticed that they did this to a few other customers. They tell us that WE must phone them to find out if the PVR' s have arrived. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS. Surely this is not what we are paying DSTV for. Come on man this is ridiculous. I regard this as poor management.
