I am very upset and disappointed with the staff of Gold Reef City Theme Park. on Sunday 15 December we had planned a nice family outing, which turned out to be a disaster!!! a lady named GLADYS bumped my husbands cold drink out of his hand, without decently apologising. Her only response was, "what else must I do" not even offering to pick up the can that she slammed out of his hand! UNACCEPTABLE!!! his shoulder is swollen and blue from the shot of the door. Staff at the theme park is rude and disrespectful! DISGUSTING im telling you! for the price that we pay, I think we deserve so much more respect than that from the staff. I will definitely not leave this matter here..
