Please Rectify

Good day,

On the 11th of February this year (2013) we wanted to visit Gold Reef City Theme Park for my birthday.
My fiance and brothers cosulted the web site before travelling all the way from Secunda, on the site it said that the Park was open on the Monday (11/02/13).
One of the ladies phoned me and argued with me that on the site it said that the Park was open.

My fiance and brothers felt responsible for the disappointment i had to face that day.

I think this is unacceptable! If your site says that you are open, you should be open. We consulted the Mobile and Internet site.

I would like to know how are we going to rectify this? The lady phoned me and argued with me that it is out of season and therefore the Park only opens from Wednesday to Sunday. She was extremely rude.

There was planned that we would spend the day at the Theme Park, but unfortunately due to their unprofessionalism, we were not able to do so.
