My name is Theron and I booked at The Theme Park Hotel under Tshepo Gumede and Robert Ng'ambi on Sunday, 26 May 2013. I was told by the reception staff, Oupa and Martin that we will have access to the Theme Park on Monday. To our shock, the Theme Park only operates from Wednesdays. Can, in future, GRC make a note to their guests to eliminate disappointments? I would really appreciate if GRC would give us 3 complimentary tickets to gain access at a time suitable to our schedule? Please?
Please GRC? I love the Theme Park so much and would really appreciate your help in making sure we remain satisfied guests.
