Called the DSTV call centre on Sat evening, "The subscriber is not available try later"
Then called on Sunday morning - 4 phone calls and a promise to callback no response!!!
The question I ask myself: "What am I really paying for? " Do they not want to help clients?
Does catch up work? If not don't advertise it!!!
