DStv Catch Up not Working on IPAD2

I have been trying very hard to get my IPAD to play DStv Catch Up through the dstv app over the past 2 months and still I have not found any solution. I have been in conversation with 5 different people and all of them escalate the problem. I have tried playing DStv Catch Up on my PC, and it works fine. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, and still nothing. I get an error every time the video starts loading saying "unsupported URL" or "the operation could not be completed". I am irritated seeing that in one of my first correspondents to dstv I emphasized that this needs to be sorted out before I go on holiday, knowing that I am giving them weeks and surely this should be sufficient. They have taken 4 weeks already and still no solution. Premium subscribers pay a PREMIUM every month and for that PREMIUM we expect your service to be of top quality. The incompetent service I got via email and when visiting the customer care centre was insane. I got a mail saying that I should check if my PC fits the required spec... WHAT!!!
