On Saturday 21 december 2013 me and my Fiance went to Gold Reef City to go have some fun. The last time i was there half the park was not operational due to maintanance.first when we got there it took us an hour just to get tickets to enter.then at the anaconda we waited for over an hour to get on the ride as people were keeping places and que jumping the whole time. We saw the minimum height was 1.3m and there was no mention of maximum height. We eventually got on the ride just so that the operator can tell me i am to tall being 1.83m causing the ride not to close.i was removed from the ride and had to let my fiance go alone. I then asked the operator why they do not cater for taller people and he pointed out to me that there is carts for bigger people and that they have been complaining to management about it and that they do not care. It is alot of money to pay to enter a park and have this dissapointment specially on one of the biggest attractions. I am disgusted by how the day turned out as i felt unhappy with what the operator told me.
