FAILURE TO CONTACT ME FOR MY DSTV INSTALLATION

I bought a DSTV decoder which comes with free installation for R599 at Pep Store, Pan Africa Mall in Alexandra. They lady by the name Nokuzola told me to follow instructions on the pamphlet that I got in the box. I smsed my location as per the instructions and I did not receive feed back until i contacted Multichoice to provide me with the name of the installer in my area. I phoned the installer and after sometime I got hold of him. When I did, he wants an installation voucher which I was not provided with. I am horribly angry with Pep and Multicjoice. Multichoice failed to do their job my contacting me with an installer's name. I wasted my airtime sendind smses of my location without being called back. When I finally get into multichoice after holding for sometime. This is my airtime that is wasted. As for Pep store, the lady did not give me my installation voucher, the installer cannot install it without the installation voucher. Now I have to travel at my own expenses, which are unplanned and unexpected expenses to Alexandra to get the installation voucher. I phoned Pep store to speak to Nokiuzola, she told the person that picked up the phone to say she's on lunch. They laugh
