I booked this morning three tickets at Sandton Mall (Johannesburg, Gauteng - South Africa) on internet (sterkinekor website). But I made a mistake about the hour and I phoned Sterkinekor to cancel the booking and be refunded.
The lady I phoned to asked me (after consulting her manager apparently) to give her my CB number, my name and my cvv code.
I told her that it's not safe and not normal to ask for these details but she answered me that it was necessary to get the refund. I regret to have done these details - maybe I want to believe in honesty! - but I still think it's not normal to ask the clients to give the CB details like that by phone.
I hope Sterkinekor's employees are honest...
