HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT BLUE ROUTE BRANCH

Earlier this week my boyfriend and I went to watch The Hobbit in 3D. We were really looking forward to it but our experience was terrible.
The insane lines on a Tuesday is just something we have gotten used to but we should not have to deal with BAD attitude from staff. First the terrible service while buying refreshments then being harassed by the guy that takes your tickets, NOT ACCEPTABLE.
There are posters all over Blue Route about new digital screens, we were really expecting the movie to be awesome but the screen was SO DARK we could not make out ANYTHING.
We paid R120 to "see" that movie and R90 for 2 cooldrinks and some biltong. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING
