I am very unhappy about the service i received from DSTV Boxoffice. On Tuesday 27th August 2013 i loaded R50 onto my box office account and purchased a movie "Texas Chainsaw Masacre". However the movie was never loaded onto the TV so that i would be able to watch it. I waited to see if maybe it took longer because i purchased it on the internet but yesterday there was still nothing. I called this morning because i was unable to call yesterday as it is impossible to call DSTV from a cellphone because you are kept on hold forever. Anyway i spoke to a consultant this morning and now i'm told they can load the movie, but i would only be able to view it until noon today because the 48hrs would be over. What is the use of that because there is no one at home to watch the movie before then. It seems that it is my fault that the movie was not loaded by DSTV so now i have to suffer by loosing the money i paid and still not being able to watch the movie. Is this really fair.
