Requesting a reconnection after paying for my mom

My mom requested me to pay for her DSTV since she is a pensioner and couldn't make it to town to pay for it. I requested her multichoice acc no. so that i can pay on-line. I paid on-line and thereafter called multichoice to reconnect her dish. Nthabiseng Tsotetsi refused to help me reconnect with the multichioce acc number, saying she wanted my mom's ID number which i didn't have by the time i was making a call to reconnect her. I tried to explain and plead with her to at least use the multichoice acc no. but she refused still with an attitude.
