Reconnect not working on website

You are USELESS and if you did not have a monopoly you would have been on a heap of trash where you belong. I try to reconnect my service online via my PC and my iPhone and all I get is reconnect failed. This is the umpteenth time that this happens to me and they MUST know about this issue but do they care? Absolutely NOT. When I call the call center I am number 90 in the line most of the time. When I get through I am asked to send a screen dump! OF WHAT!!? An error message that says.. Reconnect Failed? Then I get logged out of the website every few minutes also. Technology company? Yeah right!
