Not the first time we have had issues with multichoice. First we had a debit order that went off TWICE a month and trying to get that money back was a nightmare. Now we pay on the 3rd of the month (more than what was owed) and they cut us off on the 4th telling us we need to pay for reconnection. We call them and hold on for 20 minutes (our time) before just giving up and deciding to sort it out the next day. Now we need to use OUR petrol money to drive to multichoice to reconnect.
