I am very angry with multichoice. My husband paid R1500 on@ pnp Saturday afternoon but unfortunately lost the till slip. We called multichoice to let them know about this and to ask for a reconnection but they refused and said they would reconnect us in 24 hours but its been more than 24 hours and nothing has happened. We have used so much airtime trying to call the call centre for help and we are still waiting. This is very frustrating and very upsetting. Could someone just reconnect our services please.
