Sick and tired of Multichoice

During the mine strikes and stay aways our company went through a really rough patch, shortened working hours, cut salaries and lay-offs, during december I couldn't pay my subscription and was disconnected, which was fine and understood, then during january I paid R700, R640 subscription and R50 reconnection fee, after about 2 days I still was not reconnected so I 'phoned in, they could see on the system that I had paid but didn't reconnect untill I had to make the horrendous call??? then, a week later I recieved an email on my pvr... I owe an additional R786.00??? another horrendous call to tell me I am in arrears??? I did not use their service, try and explain that to a new South African engineer??? and they disconnected me again!!! I am sick and tired of you guy's at multichoice, I have chucked my pvr in the trashcan and subscribed to toptv, so far muuuch better, I am just so angry at multichoice, I hope you lose all your subscribers and go bang and everybody employed at multichoice ends up on the pavement on a Saturday morning begging for piece jobs.
