So on 10 Dec I took my 3year old son for a movie. We arrived 45 min before the movie started and after standing in the que for 20 minutes I got to the electronic ticket machines where I started to book my ticketsI chose the machines as this seemed faster as there was only one person doing the fisical bookings. I continued through the prosses including swiping my discovery card as well as my son's discovery kids card (obvouisly there is quite a discount in price when using these cards). The machine fialed to scan one of the cards and then it would not print my tickets. I reported this problem to the manager at the branch. He took me into his office and showed me that the transaction did not go through and that I must go back to book the tickets AGAIN.So we stood in the que again for 15 min and when I got to the machine and tried to book the tickets AGAIN the machine would not take me or my sons discovery cards as it stated that I already used the card for the movie we planned to see.By this time I was angry and dissipionted and my boy was tiered of standing in the que so we went home, my son in tears. Sevice is awefull and your machines don't work properly... so back to DVD's at home.
