Yesterday I booked tickets to watch Mandela - Long walk to freedom with my Mother at Gateway at 5pm. Due to traffic congestion, my Mother was late. Both Cindy and Nokwe were very helpful in changing our tickets so that we could watch the 5.30 show. It made the experience very pleasant.
