We went to the Orlando Towers on 8 December 2013, where a friend of mine was doing the bungee. We went into the ladies bathroom before she jumped and after she jumped, she realised her phone was missing and she might have left it in the bathroom. She went to check and it wasn't there so she went in to the admin desk to ask if they had seen her phone. They did have it, but it was switched off (so they clearly had no intention of giving it back) and one of the ladies there said my friend "owes her" and should give her money as a reward. This is absolutely disgusting!!! Doing your job and being a decent human being does not warrant a reward!!!
