I had gone to Ster Kineko gateway to watch man of steel, i was told that kids under 10 cant watch, i purchased 2 tickets and was charged for 3 . i was taking my kids to seat them in & was stopped by Nokupiwa who was as rude as ever, she was loud and said your tickets says 3 and there is 4 people, so i explain to her that i was going to leave my elder kids inside and leave, she said u wait here, i will take your'l inside so i can see you leave in front of all the other people making me feel like i was a .before this had taken place my son was standing against the wall while i was getting their movie passes checked and she told him, what are you doing here without your ticket & he explained to her that i was in the line with tickets & he was waiting for me, so she told him, just get out of here & go stand there .i find this an absoultely horrible & extremely disgusting patronage /service.then when i was going to find out why i was charged for 3 instead of 2 i was told my kid who is 6 could watch the movie (withparent). they have no soft skills& no cust service training
