Following the in the foot steps of another dismal Ster Kinekor failure, I used the complimentary tickets to take my kids to watch Kumba in 3D at another branch/area.
Duly armed with our 3D glasses and for my littlest kid's first 3D experience - we seated ourselves to watch Kumba in 3D - only to find it wasn't in 3D.
On exiting, I double checked the advertising poster which clearly indicates 3D.
Having uploaded a complaint on the Ster Kinekor website and having received NO response! Certainly not a "Great Moments at its (their) Greatest!! "
