It seems that my love hate relationship with Ster-Kinekor continues. I do thank them for contacting me previously on other queries. On the 29-06-2013 a few (7) friends decided to watch Man of Steel and we made a booking on the online service and chose a specific C1, D1-D6 and received. The reason for this was they were the only seat available and one of the friends eyes work independently of each other and he has to sit further back anyway to be able to watch movies on a big screen and we were not sure that he would be able to watch a 3D move and the only one show 2D was about 20kms away at the Eikestad. We arrived at the Tygervalley Ster-Kinekor and redeemed the tickets at about 16H45 and we notice that the seats were not what we booked. We waited line only to be told the two systems don't work together and they could do nothing and we must call the call centre. Has anyone actually tried that there is just no answer. On top of that the movie was to start at 17H00 making a solution totally impossible. The managers on duty were rude and unwilling to offer any solutions. How is this possible?
