My wife had some time requested a Insurance activation and we are still waiting for them to call us back. Now we have experienced major storms this weekend and now we have to pay for the damage. Why do they not call back. I also tried to contact the call centre two weeks ago complaining that I can not get hold of them. Still they have not come back to me. I received a Call from Star Sat who offered me a great deal and now I wonder. Is it worth while fixing the satellite with DSTV or should I just pay R599 and connect with Star Sat. New Decoder new Dish and I am sure less problems and quicker response. It is up to DSTV to tell me what to do now. I was the whole weekend without DSTV just because I cannot get through to them.
