I am thrilled with DSTV's customer service via call centre.
The downside was waiting for 20 minutes to get to an agent.
But the agent really helped, Goodman was his name.
This weekend I experienced connection issues and was extremely off that on MY weekends, which I do not work, I like to sit back and enjoy my soccer. I pay for DSTV and only really use it on weekends to watch my soccer games. Goodman, really managed my irritablitiy quite well and also assisted (as promised) to have my DSTV fully functionaly before the start of the soccer match (4pm).
truly helpful and truly glad that he had patience to deal with frustrated people like me when we do not get our quality time.
