Since last week Tuesday i have been trying to call the call centre regarding my account as i will be moving to a new place and would like to cancel it but still no respond to their call centre, or am i having bad luck to go through as when you get hold of them they will tell you you have already paid the wont be able to assist? whats the job for those call centre stuff if you have to hold for more than 5 minutes, I'm at work i cant spend my whole day on the phone and they don't pay my cellphone bill guys, please put that in mind as much as we pay you for better service
