I would like to thank Computicket for their great service, usually.
However, I am very disappointed at their service when it came to the sale of Justin Bieber tickets recently.
Tickets were sold out within 30 minutes, as all tickets were sold to larger companies and NOT to individual persons.
Computicket clearly does not wish to sell to individuals, but rather larger conglomerates, which then sell to us individuals at inflated prices on Groupon, Gumtree etc. Personaly, I think this is grossly unfair and should be made an illegal practice.
Computicket should not be able to sell more than 5 tickets to any one person purchasing, as it not fair to the rest of us citizens who do not wish to be ripped off by these "agents" subsequent to tickets being sold out.
I am Highly disappointed at your policies. In future, do not even allow individuals to log in to your website, just leave it open to companies only, so everyone can see clearly through your hypocrisy.
