I bought my Bon Jovi tickets the day it went on sale and that same night it was with my handbag. the next day I phoned them to ask them what is gonna happen now because my tickets was and i was told they couldnt tell me if it can be reprinted. february i got a email from mazzafar saying they can reprint my tickets closer to the date. i phoned yesterday and was told they can do it and will let me know when. today i got an email saying they cant reprint it because it was refunded. i spoke to a lady named valerie and she said it was refunded to the people who my tickets.
now i wanne know, they shouldve logged that it was my tickets that was and the didnt even confirm details on the tickets. i am very upset as this is my first concert and was so excited cause i am a huge fan.
it is pathetic how computicket cant log it was and then refunds without any identification.
