I have been trying for the past week to get a reservation at Sun City. I have a discount letter and yet every time I am given a quote the discount has not been applied or the rates are inflated resulting the discount to be worth nothing. The rates on the website show a different amount to the amounts I am being quoted less my discount. In June last year when we were at Sun City we had a very unpleasant experience. I will no longer pursue this matter. Mr Shaun Wheeler sent me a letter confirming the discount which now seems to be worthless. Thank you, but we will not be returning to Sun City.
