My DSTV decoder recently packed in, and i had to head to the Umhlanga branch to get a new one.. Upon my arrival, i was immediately taken to a desk, where Chooraman was sitting.. He had a smile and greeted me and asked about what i needed..
NEVER have i ever received such amazing service in my life!! Chooraman was amazingly calm, listened to me and gave me answers. He was interested in what i had to say and was SUPER efficient, well mannered and made me feel like i was at home.
I asked him many questions, even questions right off the topic. Slowly and carefully, he answered every question, allowing me to understand the first time!!
