On the 6 June 2013 we called Outsurance to tell them we had a burst geyser, the lady at the call centre was most helpful, she took all our details and assured us that someone would contact us within a half an hour to assist. We had barely put the phone down when we received a call from BEE Plumbers. Within 15 minutes they were at our gate. BEE Plumbers staff were friendly and professional and we felt comfortable with them on our property. Outsurance really did go the extra mile turning our problem over and fixing it within minutes,
I am truly proud to say I am with Outsurance and they do bend over backwards to make you feel at ease what amazing people.
BEE Plumbers had no problem with the 150 questions I had to ask and never once made me feel like I was in their way and answered all my questions with a smile. To them my comfort was their number one priority.
Now if that is not service nothing is.
