Outstanding Service

Went in to activate my new HD PVR at this branch but unfortunately my installer had written down a wrong decoder serial number, and Siphelele picked that up immediately and asked me in a polite manner if there is anyone at home that we can contact and give us the correct serial and sadly my answer was no, he then again asked me if I don't mind going back home and he call me when am there and we can do the activation over the phone? I agreed and I didn't feel as if i was turned away, anyway drove back home and barely 2 minutes after I got home, this amazing guy calls and say I must give him the details of which I did and he then activated my service, In short Siphelele service was awesome:- He probed, got all the facts, He made a promise and he kept it. He was polite, he was understanding, he was welcoming and he kept the Multi Choice flag flying high, well done CHAMP, you deserve to be sitting in that seat. It feels good to taken good care of in the customer service environment. 10 out of 10 Siphelele. WELL DONE!!! ; :)
