I as a dstv customer have my dstv subscription paid by debit order and its up to date on payment.
in the past two months i have been disconnected about 5 time and its cost me 5 phone calls to the call centre
to the duration of 30min per call. this is the worst experience i have ever had with any company.
i have also left messages for a coach from dstv to return a call as he said this disconnection would never happen again... yet its 1 week and i still await the call!!
