For a week now every single day I watched a movie at the ster kinekor gateway branch. Today the 22nd November I watched Hunger Games at IMAX and then decided to return later to watch the second half of Thor a movie which whilst watching last week I fell off to sleep. When I got to the counter the person there told me that the movie is now closed and that I can't purchase a ticket and get in. I then spoke to a manager who called his senior and I was sent downstairs as I was told to meet her there. She was not to be seen there as I did wait 5 minutes for her. It's my money that I was paying to watch the movie and it should not be a problem whatever time I wanted to go in. This is the worst service I ever received and I don't think I will ever go back to that movie house as I came all the way back to gateway to fetch my girlfriend early and now I have to sit for 2 hours in my car in the parking waiting for her. That's my time now being waisted as well. Ster Kinekor you guys need to be retrained on customer service and delivery as to me it seemed as if you guys don't really care about your customers
