I bought 2 x tickets for Ultra Music Festival which will take place on the 15th of February 2014. I paid for the tickets with my credit card as I usually do and a week later, I get an email saying: Good Day Valued Patron
Please note that we have received a report from the bank stating that your payment for Ultra South Africa 2014 had declined. We are in the process of contacting customers to obtain payment.
I then phone computicket to tell them that the payment has gone through but they then asked if I can send them a copy of my bank statement which I refused to do. I emailed them proof of payment and no one got back to me, eventually after leaving a few messages, I got hold of someone who checked with the department and promised me that my tickets have now been reserved and ready for collection. I then went to collect my tickets from a Checkers outlet and I was told that the tickets have already been collected. I had to wait 20mins while they contacted computicket to find out how to get my tickets. Eventually they were given a reference number and the lady was able to retrieve my tickets for me. Honestly I feel so angry and it was such a waste of my time!
