I have launched a complaint via your website and was told you thrive on keeping your customers happy. One of your people came out to my house, took a photo from the gate and left. You guys recommend this installer on your website, Yet he does sloppy work, And his installation isn't even 3 months old and We have no signal on the decoder. And to top it all off, You have the decency to send me a sms stating that I must pay for DSTV that has been off for 3 weeks now. I need this problem solved and my dish re-aligned by your "Acredited" installer. And a new statement sent to me (Minus the 3 weeks I have had 0% signal) so I can pay you guys and enjoy a good working product. The installer has garanteed me that he wont put his feet on my property. If all goes well this week and I get to watch my Springbok game. I have purchased another decoder and would like Xtraview activated on my account for my daughter's room.
