So I was in the Woodmead store on Sunday
and bought the DSTV hd 2P Pvr
and the installation voucher with it
option 5 as guided by the salesman
now the installer is at my house installing and tells me that this decoder is not xtraview compatible... this is not what the salesman told me in store... and I must buy an additional decoder and pay another installation fee...
he was very good at trying to mislead me with the R399 warranty and what options i needed to buy for the installation... but completely negligent in telling me the decoder wont do xtraview
and then the 30min plus mess in getting me a voucher cause they kept in the safe... and then the installer out at my house cant clearly understand or explain himself in English so i can come to an understanding of what is actually going on... and how best to proceed forward... and then try phone your customer care line... and get told to leave a message... an all round terrible experience...
