I got treated like a dog by the young lady that was working behind the counter yesterday 12-11-2013!!!
Both females has always got something bad to say, and treat customers disrespectfully!!!
Do not rent any videos from them and rather support other video shops in the area.
The same lady clearly does not know what she is doing, I have on numerous occations taken out the R55 for 5 videos over a five day period and on the second day of the rental already she sends out messages that it has to be back, I then phone and explain that I took it for five days and she refuse to listen, daily 5 videos amounts to more than the R55 so why would one take a whole season and rent it for one day, commen sence I`d say, then whenever I return the videos there is always a fine on my account, as well as her bad attitude...
People, rather rent on boxoffice, this lady prob owns the place and does not feel a thing for providing a service
