Complaint / review / scam report

Since last report to HelloP on 25 october about TOPTV saying that no payment was received when out bank statement shows the debit of the amount to have our decoder activated...... Guess what... Still NO TOPTV! They asked us to mail bank statement, Which we struggled to do because we run a hectic daytime schedule... But nonetheless ATTENDED to because the money is GONE... And now ... Not a word from anyone at this excuse for a Service provider? Let me guess.. They have discovered that the proof we have forwarded of the payment that was made is in fact true and valid... And now just to really with the client... They will only respond in another week's time which will mean that from date of payment 25 october we will MAYBE have a a week or two of viewing pleasure. IF we're really lucky. Shame on you!!! No wonder so many complaints on HP. All makes sense now. Sies.
