Confusion, or better yet incompetence

I paid R289 on the 20/03/2013, and I received a call from one of your consultants to reconnect my service. Last week I had an error message saying that "The card was not authorised". So I call in again and another consultant queries my payment and says that I should resend it to [Email Removed] because it didn't show which bank i made the payment. Because it was an internet transfer, I resnt it. During the day I get an SMS saying that the fax was received and the service was reconnected. I get home the evening, guess what, TopTv was playing April fool's even before the 1st of April. So I call again, hold on forever untill mky airtime is almost finsihed. Eventually a consultant answers and I managed to provide her with my details before the call cut. About 30 mins later, my service was reconnected. But hey, TopTv doesn't have enough work for their consultants, cause guess what, I have that same error code this morning. So what's wrong with the proof of payment now, you guys can't see the date?
