Decoder not picking up reception. decided to cancel service, toptv client service contacted me convinced me to purchase a new decoder. i am still waiting for delivery. it has been a week, i keep emailing, toptv client service say they can not help or phone the logistics division. i must just apparently wait for a phone call. but for how long??? payment was made! and promise to delivery within 3 working days.
