So after sending in our bank statement to clear the dispute... And after confirming that money was deducted for a month's viewing..and after lots of time wasted on wishfull thinking... No response from anyone at TopTV Starsat!!! Bank says not their fault. TopTV says also not their fault! How do we get refunded!! Surely they can't get away with this??? DO not pay these people by credit card under no circumstances!! Ever! If this is not people's money then I don't know what is? No excuse, no mail, last we heard the finance department was investigating but nothing after that!!! We want a refund! You cannot claim that you have not received the money when the bank statement clearly shows that money was paid to you!!!
