Worst customer sevice on earth

I called multichoice last night because i wanted to change my package. After 20 minutes of waiting i finaliy got through to someone who managed to change my package for me. I also asked how much is due and the lady confirmed how much i owed. As forgetful as i am, i forgot to pay the amount due last night before i went to bed. The following morning my sevice had been cut off. I admit that was my fault. Now here is where it gets iteresting. I knew that i had to pay R50 recconection fee ontop of the amount due. To be sure how much is required, i called multichoice again. After holding for abot 20minutes (again) I got through to them and the told me how much i owed including the reconnection fee. I went ahead and paid that. Because i did not want to call them again to have my service reactivated, i decided to send them a message on Facebook. They reactiveted my dstv for me but wnt on to tell me that i still had a balance owing. How come when i paid what you said i owed. This is uacceptable. I do not want to waste my time being on hold for long periods of time only to be told that what we told you earlier was not correct. Thats so unproffesional and is an abuse of consumer rights.
