Multichoice confused about their accounts

Hi,

I have an account with multichoice, who has been messing me around since the beginning of the month. I have called the call centre a few times and each time i get a different amount that I am owing. My last call was to them yesterday where the lady i spoke to said I should pay R346.47 in order to have my dstv reconnected. this is already after paying R400 earlier this month. I went to pick n pay and paid the outstanding amount, only to find out when i call that it says i am owing another R270 odd rands. This will add to more than a R1000 for one month, and I am on the compact package. I would like to request that someone who is above a call centre agent to contact me, as their call centre agents are rude and of very little help. when asked if i could speak to a team-leader or manager i was told that they are all busy. Can someone who knows exactly what is happening and with decent telephone etiquette please contact me and resolve this issue with the correct account information. Really pathetic service from a huge name like Multichoice. I wonder if QA checks even get done on their calls!!!
